I ordered an arrangement for my mother for Valentines... it never arrived. FYI, I ordered from Afghanistan so when I found out that it was delivered to 'a neighbor' and my mother went to every neighbor we have to find out that nobody had it... Sad. I will never purchase anything from edible arrangements or this store again. I wouldn't even give it one star.

I am really disappointed to have to go through this. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and my son lives in Littleton, Co. I called at 8:30 Am today to place an order to be sent to my son which he works right across the street form the the Edible Arrasngements. I told the lady he was getting off early. I called her back at 1:30pm because I had not heard from my son that he had received the arrangement. I has been 2 1/2 hours and he still does not have it. I dont think I wil ever order another arrangement from this company. My son has ordered 2 arrangements and we have had delivery problems both times. I fruit is good but the aggervitation is not worth it. Think twice before you order. If you are not on a time line your good to go. I order another one for a friend who just had surgery hope he gets it tomorrow like they said. I am not holding my breath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
