The service here has vastly improved from when the other reviews were written. The staff is competent in what they do, and if they are unsure of something they at least have the decency to admit it. I have seen employees Ron and Steve help a customer put a battery in a car for a woman during a good sized rain storm. The employees aren't mechanics but they will do what they can and give recommendations to other services if you ask. All in all this stores employees are competent, honest, and friendly.

This is a parts store, not a machine shop. With the economy in the dumps you would expect some level of decent service. Not the case here. These people are not skilled and fail to understand the service of a machinist. As president of a car club, I will NOT be bringing any of our business to them.

I've been purchasing parts from this location for years. Almost without exception, they make some kind of mistake that causes me to return to the store. Or promise the service will be done by a certain time and it isn’t. Ace (employee) is never out of reasons why it wasn’t their fault. Not once did they try to compensate me for the inconvenience, with a discount or anything. Try to avoid doing business here.
