I was a customer at this salon for MANY years. I followed them from their first location at Market Place, on Rodney Parham. I moved out of state several times, but ALWAYS found them and re-booked. When I was out of town on a business trip, the receptionist called to "CONFIRM" an appointment, (that I had booked 1 1/2 months prior) I ONLY GOT THE MESSAGE UPON MY RETURN. Once I got the message, I then tried to book an appointment with my usual stylist, she was filled, so I scheduled with another person...when I went up to pay (AFTER apologizing to my usual stylist), I was told I owed an additional $115.00 for missing my "confirmed" appointment!!!!!! I was OUTRAGED!! Doctors don't even get by with this. The sad part is, THEY will lose MORE than the $115, as the two other people I referred and made their customers are now not ever going back...I will NEVER go back, I bought lots of product, and my services were an AVERAGE of $250-300 per visit. Bad business. Don't go there!!!
