This is the best place in town to buy glasses. You get Walmart pricing with Lenscrafters service. The price on the commercials only applies to about 15 frames but for $99 you can get 2 pairs for $99 and choose from about 400 frames.

I been here several times and always have a great experience. My prescription is difficult but they've always made it correct.

An hour or less-- really? Why did it take 9 DAYS to get my first pair and 11 DAYS to get my second pair? Yes I said DAYS NOT HOURS! NO quicker than my regular eye Dr.

Sure it's a bargain for a cheap pair of glasses, but beware of staff tactics and read the fine print. Make sure you get it right because they will not honor any in store credits if you want to return them and pay a little more for a better fit. Pick the right frames and make sure you get all the extras you may need for your glasses. You will get nothing from them if you pick the wrong frames or need those extras later.

The staff was top notch. I liked the styles and prices, but it's the friendliness and knowledge of the staff that will bring me back.

The service here was good. I was impressed by the customer service and as well as the selection. The price wasn't bad either. It was cheaper than I expected to pay for a smaller, convenient store. I'll bring my wife here! I think she'll like the frames and I'll love the bill.

I've been going here for 4 years and have been able to get 2 pairs for $99 in about an hour all three times. It is rare that you actually get what the commercials say.

I just came in here yesterday. They were a little busy but I think I got good service. They were nice and helped me in anyway I needed. The glasses work great! I don't have any complaints. Everything was done well, but speedily. Which worked out great because I had errands to run.

Been back several times because when I clean my glasses, the lens pops out. Sometimes they tried little things, but it didn't fix the problem. Today a man told me "well, just don't do that!". I told him I had to clean them & asked for the manager. He proudly told me HE was the manager...that he would do nothing, this was "the best he could do". When I asked if he had a boss, he laughed. He mocked me & sarcastically wished me a good night. I manage a business & that's not good business, folks. And it originally took weeks, not an hour or less, so dont go in expecting fast either.

Alot of places say anything to just get you in the door, but this business actually has a good selection for their 2 for $99. I got 2 bifocals, with one of them as a sunglasses for $130! Now, since they were busy, the glasses weren't ready till about 1hr and 15mins. But it wasn't a big deal since there were some things to do in the area.

I was more than satisfied with this business. The staff helped me to pick out the best frame out of the pile I thought I liked. They took into consideration all the information they'd gathered about my prescription. They had a wide variety and something for every budget. I'll be back next time : )

To make a long story short, let me just say this. There slogan " In an hour or less" is extremely incorrect. They should change it to " give us a month, and ull be lucky if your glasses are even close to being correct". After close to a month, with Success Vision having my glasses 3 seperate times due to the prescription being wronge,and having to deal with the smart comments and gestures from the mgr., my glasses are still not right. I GIVE UP. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. You'll save yourself alot of time, and heartache.

this is a unreliable business. there was not glasses in 1 hour more like 3 hours and then the second pair was not done until 3 days later
