Terrible job done on a 1930's vintage dress my husband took in last week. Had tiny pinch pleats all the way down the front skirt. I was assured that they had an expert in repressing these. When the dress was picked up it was wrinkled all over & the pleats had been removed. None were pressed & the uniqueness of this garment destroyed. I collect vintage clothes & should have been told if they did not have the expertise to handle this dress. I paid upwards of $250 for this item & it is practically destroyed. Will never use this company again.

Had the cuffs of a suit jacket shortened here. Definitely will not go here again. Sleeves were simply rolled under and hemmed. This created an unsightly bulge. Also the stitches for the sleeve lining can now be seen all around the cuff.

Although their prices are a little high the quality of work is great!
