Adelin answered my call and met me in a timely manner to meet with me inspected a water leak on my house, advised me of a repair approach and provided me with a clear written proposal. He is a very busy man and had several other jobs lined up which speaks for itself after you see the effort and quality he pours into your house, even though he had several jobs to complete he gave an estimate of a projected start date and communicated with me during the time I waited for him to finish other jobs before he started mine. When he started my job he showed up when he said he would and communicated with me during the duration of the repairs 2 1/2 days. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work preformed. Care was taken to clean up after repairs and make 100% sure I was completely satisfied with repairs after completion of the work. I plan on using Adelin for future repairs to our “Forever Home” as well as maintaining the exterior finish of our home. Adelin just recently completed a dryvit system for my new home. He was patient with me in customizing the color I was looking for. He came to work every time with such a positive and happy attitude that was extremely welcoming. I had a great experience with Grosu Enterprise, and I would definitely recommend Adelin and his company if you have an exterior need. I hired him to repair some stucco around my upstairs patio, fix some woodpecker holes in my chimney, and do some cosmetic updates to my chimney by power washing and painting. The project ended up being much more extensive when it was discovered that my patio and chimney both had water damage. He helped me quickly resolve the issues and now my house looks great. Grosu Enterprise did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend.

Very happy with this contractor's work. They repaired some woodpecker holes and leaky window seams in our EIFS (Dryvit/Stucco) house. I know a little about EIFS construction and watched as they did their work, and had the impression they really knew what they were doing. In addition, the color matching and general finished appearance of their work was such that it is very very difficult to tell where the repairs are. Just as importantly, they charged a fair and reasonable rate (much better than other quotes we were getting). Also, they were very responsive, and gave us the quote within a day of calling them, and they completed the work within 2 days after that (of course this is probably their slow season).

Honestly the best contractor we've worked with...we used him for our personal home and not only was he very responsibly priced, he did an immaculate job! He was always on time and finished the job in a timely manner. We will definitely be using him for future projects for both our home and our rentals. Very pleased with the end result!

I needed to trim out some windows after I installed Pella windows in an older brick home. Adelin Grosu installed a stucco frame around the windows and doors. He is a superb craftsman and perfectionist. He and his worker did a wonderful job, they were on time, courteous, and delivered what they promised on time and at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. He balanced the window openings, making them centered around the actual window. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of work done.
