I wasn't very satisfied with my order that I placed on 02/09/2015. The pictures below are some of the fruit that my recipient received on their order. I spent approximately 75.00 on an arrangement and about half of the basket was good and the other half contained soggy cantaloupe, honey dew, and soft/green and unrip strawberries. The manager just kept making excuses for the bad fruit such as "that's just how we have been receiving it lately", etc. She offered a 10% discount at first but later offered a free box of chocolate covered strawberries with my next order. Up until this order, I had been happy with the previous purchases from here

We ordered two lovely arrangement for our family, they were very disappointed in arrangements they received, My sister said she would try to make a fruit shake with it. I think it boils down to the fruit is out of season period. Strawberries with green at the top that are not the stems, and melon not good. So how I had hoped your company would be able to get in fruits that were ripe and taste good this time of year. You cannot, so a suggestion would be to offer only fruits that are in season. Pears, Oranges, bananas, apples, dried Fruit, and maybe dipped cookies could be the replacement for the bad melon, pineapple, grapes and strawberries. Fruit is very seasonal and I will only be able to order in the spring and summer from now on. The store is offering a concision of some dipped banana's going out this Monday for our disappointment in trying to make it right. we spent over $130.00. and $25.00 was offered in refund I asked for new fruit instead.. Bad fruit sent a second time today.
