They are slow and , they are talk to their co workers when suppose to be working ..
They mess up on your teeth...

Joanne cleans my teeth, Dr. Passini examines and pampers me!! He did a fabulous work on my teeth. The whole staff is so sweet, friendly and caring. I love Central Dental and refer all my friends here! :) They deserve more than 5 stars! :)

The staff is amazing from when you walk in the door till you leave out. I even loving calling the office and hearing them say Good morning, I can help you. My 4 year old looks forward to her biannual appointments. We are very blessed to have found Central Dental :)

Central Dental has been great. Chris is excellent and very helpful. All the staff are friendly and since I have been coming for a while, know my name at check in.

Sarah was friendly and informative. I was a new patient and she put me at ease upon meeting her. My appointment went smoothly and quickly.

Central Dental, in all areas, is the most wonderful group of people I've ever met. Dr Passini is such an amazing doctor and makes sure that all your needs are met.. He and his staff are so great that when I moved 3 years ago to Ohio, I actually fly into town to see them. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctor's office. And, let's face it, dental work can be scary, but they make you feel so comfortable!

Worst ever!! Doctor Leal is great but the billing department and the new dentists that took over since Arkansas TMJ are a bunch of liars when it comes to billing practices. Finance will reel you and your insurance in and then stick you with major bills AFTER you have already let them work on your teeth. They have so put me in debt in the past. My dental insurance said cleanings were 100% covered. When the same dentists bought the business after the original owner dies a few years ago they said they would honor the same rates and insurance fees. Instead I find out that they are charging me out of network fees and of course no one remembers saying that. They are VERY dishonest so at this point they could be the best dentists in the world and I would NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
