      I had an issue with my landscaper charging me incorrectly and Plants Direct was able to help me resolve it. I mistakenly thought Plants Direct was at fault but the landscaper was actually incorrect. James and Randy responded to the issue professionally and in a timely manner. Happy with the plants.
