Convenient locations, Lititz and Lancaster. Prices seem fair. They try hard to please. Most employees are competent and helpful. Busy place so warranty clarity and some procedural/tech follow through need a little improvement. With one or two personnel changes and a push to highlight clear sales and repair warranty policies this would easily be a five star rating. I would say check them out.
