We purchased a beautiful car from Lititz Motorcar with a clean carfax record which showed no accidents and had maintenance records. We researched the history of the make and model we were buying and felt good about supporting a small local business. Upon driving the car home, we experienced shaking, which we felt was likely due to the tires needing to be balanced. We were wrong. We took it to a different dealership, only to discover the left wheel tone ring was broken, which means it needs a new left wheel axle shaft. We have tried working with Lititz Motorcar to have this repaired with the expectation that they at least cover half the expense of the work, $854. They are not only not interested in doing this, but have turned the events around to suggest that this break happened after we purchased the car...which it did not. We have learned some valuable lessons here...first do not purchase a car until after you have had a private mechanic inspect it...this would have saved us a
