CALL POLICE--subject met on Feb. 14, 2015. Vehicle stalled due to electrical issue. Subject insisted problem was alternator without examination. Said he would charge $100 for ride to buy and install alternator. Despite warnings, subject witnessed alternator pass tests at auto parts store b/c it was fine. Subject placed his battery in vehicle and car still would not start due to flooding. Subject said he would tow the car and fix it. After he took possession he immediately began ignoring calls and messages. Subject is under Sheriffs Department investigation.
