Once again, Manager is never available. Does not return phone calls to the residents. Wants a 60 days notification for moving out. Too expensive for what they offer. Had to make multiple phone calls to get things fixed and house sprayed for ants and spiders. Bug problems are continuous. Neighborhood is getting very shady tenants. Makes you wonder who is doing the background checks. Advertised as a gated community, the gate is always open and the patrol car might actually patrol once every 12 hours (maybe). Garbage bin is located outside of the gate, so all the local community uses the dumpster, which in-turn, increases our rent. Garbage is always piled up. Pool area is locked. But kids climb the gates to get access to the pool and workout room (that has a key card entry but door is always left open). Not only the apartment children but children around the community as well (A lawsuit waiting to happen). Was in the apartment for a year and every month it went down hill.
