Recently I had to do a Assurant(they are the WORST) claim for a new phone that was lost. I was so frustrated because the Insurance company denied my claim because of a date of loss mix up. I went into T-Mobile and had they best customer service representative ever. I want to Thank Tammy H for helping me to get Assurant to let us do a new claim and get approved. Tammy H needs to be a manager she was very caring and yet very adamant in helping to satisfy the needs of the customer. She's the best ever!!!!!
