Thanks you guys (and Jamie) Our tv went out and was under warranty. We called around and found that the only repair center in town with a special truck to carry our 50 in. plasma was robs. Jamie answered our 1st contact call and was very knowledgeable, she quoted us a price over the phone, set up a pick up and had our tv in their shop in under 24 hours. They dealt with the repair and had our tv back safe and sound in the timeframe quoted and the price quoted. You guys are great thanks so much
