Pyle AC Services is the best AC company around! The owner is Ron. He is such a wonderful guy. He is honest with you! If the ac unit just needs a simple service, then that is what he will do for you. He is totally trustworthy! He will even try to resolve an issue of the phone for you! He has my business!

After 5 days away from home, I returned on a Saturday night to no a/c. Pyle had installed the unit just over 4 years ago, so I called first thing Sunday morning thinking I'd get an answering machine to leave a message and to my surprise, Ron Pyle answered and said he'd be right over! 20 minutes later, he arrived, diagnosed the problem, and replaced a defective capacitor with a new one. Up and running in less than 45 minutes from when I first called....all on a Sunday! It was a warranty repair so it only cost a modest trip charge. This guy is honest, dependable, and truly cares about his customers. I would recommend him for HVAC work very highly.

After being told by more than one company "you need this part ,you need that part" and at one point I was even told I need a whole new unit, Ron came by and found out that everything was wired wrong and I most likely didn"t need most of the replacement parts I had bought and definitely didn"t need a new unit. Ron rewired everything they had messed up and it works great! I will recommend him to my friends and family.

Cannot say enough good things about Pyle Air. My AC gave out on a Friday. Ron was at my house that day, and gave me the news I'd been expecting, yet dreading -- time to give up the ghost and get a new unit. He went through my options with me, I had a quote within an hour, and they bent over backwards to do what I'd thought was impossible: a Saturday installation! When the install was done, he even gave me some helpful tips on keeping the house comfortable without racking up the electricity bill. Our air condition unit was struggling to keep the inside temp to 85 when outside temps started to hit 100. Ron diagnosed the problem, explained our options and let us know the expected cost. After all of the work was done, I happy to say our house is now at a comfortable 78 and we have noticed the difference in our electric bill also. Ron Pyle was my A/C tune up guy this spring, but more recently came to the house by request of Mesa fire dept. Awakened by a burning smell at 400am, we called fire dept. We were really concerned because the smell was strongest in our 2 year olds room. Mesa Fire dept spent 45 minutes trying to figure out the cause of the burning smell. They said it smelled like leaking freon, and suggested we call our A/C guy. Ron was at our house within 20 minutes, and began pulling switch plates in our sons room. Then he pulled off bottom cover of ceiling fan which had shorted out and was melted. It took Ron 5 minutes to figure out what the fire dept couldn't do. Ron solved a dangerous situation which could have resulted in damage to our home or harm to my family. AND he wouldn't take any money for his time. He's our man from now on. Thanks Ron.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron Pyle of Pyle A/C after my husband found his ad online. Ron came out to my Carefree, AZ condo and assessed our HVAC problem and photographed everything and then sent it in an e-mail to me. I live out-of-state and I can say that honestly I felt very comfortable with everything Ron explained. Once it was determined that the old unit could not be repaired, I asked Ron to order a new one. He ordered the unit and everything was installed as promised - on time and on budget! He again photographed everything for me so I know exactly what the new unit looks like. The heat was working properly when needed that same afternoon and now the air is very cool - the setting is at 78 degrees and it is very comfortable. We don't need the heater in the Phoenix area often, but of course ours goes out in the coldest spell in 100 years.... Pyle AC service and prices were much better than Desert Valley Air (who misdiagnosed my heater problem and wanted to charge me three times more than what I paid, plus they talked me into a warranty I have not benefited from) Anyway, I recommend Pyle because I felt they were being honest and on both occasions they fixed the problem and were less expensive!!!!

Ron just left after repairing my ac system. He is thorough and conscientious and is fair in his pricing. He will be the only HVAC repairman I call in the future.

I was quite satisfied with Pyle Air Conditioning. I had read the reviews and I called Pyle first; I spoke to Ron. It was noon on a hot Sunday, Ron came out right away and fixed my existing thermostat; I was back up with a cool house in a couple of hours. I would recommend them to my friends.

Very helpful, courteous, and affordable. I especially appreciated the fact that I wasn't offered an extended service warranty or other product. Pyle just fixed my AC unit, offered some helpful advice and went on to the next job. Very pleased.

Our Air Conditioner went out at 9:00 PM on a Wed night. I have a 5 month pregnant wife and a 2 year old, it was 113 out that day and going without AC was not going to be good for them.
