Horrible experience. I waited a month for damaged furniture and was basically told by the manager this is what to expect when buying "cheap furniture". STAY AWAY FROM THE FURNITURE SUPERSTORE!! Horrible products and horrible service when something goes wrong. Go somewhere else. You will regret doing business with these bottom feeders.

I had been to a few different stores looking for a new bed for myself and thought to check this store before as a last option. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the man in a cowboy hat and a man who I later found out was the owner. I told them I needed a queen bed around $500 and they showed me at least 5 beds in my price range; more then any other store had to offer.
The two men were very helpful and honest about the products they were showing me. I had originally wanted a pillow-top bed but decided against it because I wanted a bed that lasted a long time and wouldn't indent within the first year.
I was informed about the 6 month financing available on the bed I chose and was quickly accepted for it. A huge plus as a young adult trying to gain some credit.
They even had delivery times within the same week and I received my bed two days later. They were very kind and helpful and made sure I got my bed in a decent time frame.

Stay away! Their after the sale service is awful! Our couch broke within two months!!! They get your money and that's all that matters to them! Zero customer service skills! Go to Bobs!!

Awesome selection! Great staff! We just bought a couch at the Furniture Superstore and we couldn't be happier. The staff was just wonderful and very knowledgable when it came to picking out the right piece of furniture. I would definitely shop here again! No questions asked!

I was really impressed with the selection at this store. I also thought there prices were competitive given they are a family owned business. I ended up picking up a solid pine bed set for my son and it has worked out great so far. I think people give these stores a bad rap because they expect to walk into IKEA. It is important to support local businesses and not greedy corporations. I will definitely return once we re-model our kitchen.
