Jason helped with a very important project. He was always quick to answer emails or phone calls. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He went out of his way to figure out the process for this project when other companies never even returned my initial phone call. His team had to come out a couple times to our family property and they were always on time, respectful, polite and explained the process well. They made sure I was satisfied with location of plat before taking off.This company very well put together, the essence of a small business is amazing. As a client, you feel like you're the only one they're focused on and that is very hard to find now. This was a challenging project and Jason knew he and his team were capable of taking it on and getting it done. If it wasn't for E.G Rud & Sons we wouldn't of been able to create a private cemetery lot on our family property. The former owner of our home did not leave the elevation certificate they got from EG Rud on file with our city. The city had our certificate of survey, which is how we found out about this company. Upon inquiry to EG Rud for assistance in checking their files for an elevation certificate, they were very helpful and great to work with. I needed my lot surveyed and future house marked out. The property on record with the township had not been properly surveyed. Jason corrected this showing correct elevations, proper drainage, house location and corner stakes. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
