I shop here quite frequently and have never had a bad experience. The gentleman that waits on me has always been pleasant and very helpful. The selection is good, the prices are a tad high but you are dealing with speciality shoes and you should expect to pay more for the quality product being sold. These are not knockoffs and last for years. Kudos to the salespeople!!

I completely disagree with the previous review. I visit here frequently. The Salesman and wife are the owners, very knowledgeable and helpful, just trying to juggle it all and make a living. There are also cranky, demanding customers, understandable, I guess, since the store caters to people with foot trouble. The selection is decent and the prices very fair.

Visited this store for the first time and I will not be going back. They did have a decent selection of discounted brand name shoes but the customer service was horrible. The salesman was outright rude and argumentative. He spoke the same way to a customer over the phone. This guy clearly needs a new line of work. I'm not one to usually complain about customer service because everyone has a bad day now and then but this was just ridiculous. I will gladly pay slightly more for shoes and take my business elsewhere.
