It offers affordable housing, street intervention, and sports and fitness programs for children, teens, adults and senior citizens. The organization s sports programs include basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer and progressive gymnastics. The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago additionally organizes camps that include arts and crafts, field trips, skits and other recreational activities.
