I used Blue Ribbon for many years and the service was excellent. This year they sent a couple of sub contractors and the service was horrible. DE filter was left dripping, pool cover not power washed completely and the diving board was installed crooked. Once done, they forgot to lock the fence door with the padlock. If you decide to use them, make sure they don't send sub contractors.
