I took my BMW in to get the old rear window tint removed and new installed. They totally ruined my rear window defogger. Called twice they would not return calls. Went in person , he said he would call that Friday after he talked to his partner and try to resolve. Never called. Sent a letter no reply. This is not a place to take your car. They are NOT professional or honest.
