This is in reference to the service department. Nice people, but I don't believe they know what they are doing. I have been dealing with them for the past 2 months (7 times in the shop) on my diesel. After the 7 visits and $3K later, the truck actually runs worse. After picking up the truck the last time, I immediately called them and left a message with Julian (service manager) and have yet to hear back. After they charged me $3K to fix it and it running worse, I am now taking it to a shop that specializes in diesels. Should have done that in the first place but I assumed since Abernathy sold diesels, they could work on them. I was proven wrong. This is my 6th heavy duty truck and would like to have a new one soon. It will not be from Abernathy.

Purchased a brand new 2007 Dodge Caliber and was treated very well during and after the sell. The salesmen were very friendly and helpful and I have taken it back for every oil change with no problems. I have really enjoyed my car and if I plan on purchasing a new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge I would definately go back to Abernethy's.

Had a terrible experience with this dealership. Many problems. They would not do what they had promised when we purchased our car. Months later we are still having problems with this dealership. Cancelled an extended warranty in January and still have not received a refund. Steer clear of this place!

purchased a used 04, low mileage pacifica, paid more than i ever expected to pay for a car but this was what we wanted. this dealer fixed only one small interior damaged item, would not replace other broke accessories. the cleaning detail was lousy at the first viewing of the car. the sales person made a list of what we felt should be repaired and did not do any of the research by the time we came to sign the papers. 1 week later still have only one key and other is not on order yet.
