When the Blower Belt on my furnace broke, it became tangled up in the pulley, causing the mounting plate to stress and crack in two places. I noticed the damage when I went to replace the belt. After disassembling the Blower Housing and seeing how bad the damage was, I called up Muffler Man to see if they would weld it for me. Well, by the time I had it disassembled, it was already almost 5:00. I ended up arriving about an hour before closing time. They were busy in the shop, but one of the repairmen looked at the mounting plate. He told me he would see what he could do. Well, they were able to weld the plate, and after a little bit of elbow grease and a new belt, it's now 62 Degrees in the house and 15 Degrees outside. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and willingness to help me out in the dead of winter. I'll absolutely be doing business with them again.
