General Info
Stephens & Smith Construction is 100-percent employee owned, which means every project gets the full attention of a company owner. The company provides concrete and specialty products. It works with foundations and footings, drain tile and waterproofing, flatwork, architectural coatings, quarter-inch imprinting, laser screeding and tilt up walls. Stephens & Smith uses floor underlayments and heating and soundproofing systems from Maxxon as well as Bomanite products. Its commercial flatwork includes full-width street paving, tennis courts, parking lots, bike/walking trails, commercial floor slabs and pedestrian bridge projects. Stephens & Smith maintains offices in Lincoln and Omaha, Neb. Bob Stephens and Mike Smith created Stephens & Smith Construction in 1971.
