If this faulty rating system would let me choose no stars that's exactly what I would choose. This company is the worst bunch of criminals I have experienced in my life. They decided to not only take my disabled mother on a trip around town after making her wait for hours after her doctor's apt, they then decided to drop her off merely blocks from where they picked her up which is about 7miles from her home. Now how is a woman, normally confined to a wheelchair but using a crutch because they refused to send a handicap accessible vehicle, supposed to walk 7 miles home? This company disgusts me! I just hope their mothers aren't around to witness their complete lack of courtesy, compassion, professionalism, respect, or service.
