Sean is a con man. He makes his money charging a service call and orders parts and charges you for them and then never returns to make the repairs. If he spent as much time working on hot tubs is he does making excuses he might get something done.This guy is pathetic.

Great service! Had him clean my pool and get my hot tub working that has been sitting for 2 years!! Very professional and cheaper than the other companies. We are thankful did not expect this great of an outcome. Now we have our hot tub with the pool! Priceless!

We are very happy with our service from Sean. He had our hot tub pump rebuilt and back in the tub within 2 days. The tub was also leaking and he fixed that when he cam back. I was quoted 500.00 for a new pump from another company plus the leak and labor rates would have cam out to around 800 dollars they said.
Sean charged me 400.00 total and gave me a 2 year warranty on the pump. Pretty good for one guy! Will be referring. Thanks Sean for being a guy we can go to for good affordable service and a much better alternative than the bigger name companies.

Have felt with multiple pool and spa companies. Sean seems to have the best rates and has gotten my hot tub fixed on the spot both to times I had to call him. Good American service!

We bought a used hot tub that conveniently had more problems than we bargained for. After calling Sean out, we were able to get it up and running the following day for way less than 2 other companies gave us estimates for.

Don't waste your time, completely unreliable. I had one appointment scheduled and he called advising the wipers on his truck were broken and he didn't want to drive in the rain. It was not raining at the time of the call. I offered to pick him up, which he declined. He said he was going to try and fix it and would call me back. He called back later advising he couldn't fix it but didn't want to drive on wet streets without wipers and could come over in the evening if the streets dried. But we did set up an appointment for the next day. I ran an errand across town shortly after the phone call and did not use my wipers once. When I returned home, I called, got his voice mail and I advised of my wiperless journey but received no reply that evening. The next day, I had an unexpected personal issue to attend to so I was not able to keep the appointment. I extended him the courtesy of letting him know and we rescheduled for a couple days later at 4:30. He advised he would call when he was on his way. I called around 4:30 that day to see if he was still coming over. It immediately went to voice mail. I called again around 6, this time it rang but I got voice mail again. I requested he contact me to let know what was going on. By 7:00, he had still not bothered to call me back. Needless to say, we're done here. I also suspect the review submitted below by Sean C. is him as he provides his full name on his website.

RIPOFF!!!! this so called Sean with great reviews is a scam artist. I told him all my hot tubs problems, he then came out to take a look and told me exactly what I told him was wrong ( I had told him my fuses, power, breaker were all good) As he tells me these things he says it could only be the control board. I say okay how much, he replies well you already are charged for the 110$ service fee ( in which I have no clue what he did besides tell me exactly what I told him) , and your looking at 500$ for the board. Granted the tub is not worth much more then that but I already had money invested in it. So I ask him to do it for 500$ all together. He agreed but need half up front for parts. I wrote him a check and waited for the call. He calls that Monday and tells me they don't make my board no more ( COMPLETE B.S as I checked myself) that he would have to do a spa pack BLAH,BLAH,BLAH the price now goes up to 750$. so now I think to myself that its to much and the fact that the price just keeps going up, by the time he is done it will be the price of buying new. So I tell him to refund the money. after the excuses and run around I tell him he needs to refund the money or I am taking him to court. not the fact of the money the fact that I am tired of people being disrespectful PETTY PEOPLE who want the easy way in life and scam people out of their hard earned money. well here I sit as the last text (because he wont answer my calls) he tells me the check is in the mail........yeah right

Great spa company! Hot tub stopped working. Sean had it running in 15 min and charged me considerably lower labor rate than I was quoted by other companies I called.
