i shop in this store often but here lately they are under staffed. I was in there today and waited 30 mins to have a key made which the key never got made because i was tired of waiting, they had one cashier and 2 other guys. one was helping someone in paint the whole time was there and the other just floated around not helping anyone including me. the cashier line was at least 8 people deep and took 10 minutes per person to get checked out, if i would of stuck around for a simple key i could of been there for 2 hours, you lost my business thats for sure and i have been going there for years!!! if i could submit this without a star i would, one star is to much!!

Stood there by the screws and bolts no one in site to help. On my way out I seen the 2 male associates talking about chicks. Yep will not shop there again.

I'm glad this store is in my neighborhood. The staff is friendly and I'm greeted right when I walk in the door. They have a good selection of products. I always try to go here first.

Waited 5 minutes for an Associate to come back to assist & he never did. No answer to email on subject. Will not shop there again.
