About Nebraska Digital proven web design, programming & online marketing solutions Home / About Nebraska Digital N ebraska Digital, a service of PIQmedia, LLC, was formed in 2002 to meet the interactive marketing, programming and web design needs of businesses in Nebraska and other states. The company was founded by John Rood, who spent 13 years with the Lincoln Journal Sta r and its parent company, Lee Enterprises. Other members of our Lincoln-based team include graphic artist/web designers, a Flash developer/web designer, a programmer and a video/still photographer. We're headquartered at Turbine Flats near the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's main campus in downtown Lincoln, NE.
