General Info
Established in 1967, National Camps for Blind Children is a project that serves more than 40,000 children and is affiliated with Christian Record Services. It organizes summer and winter camps for individuals with visual impairments between the ages of 14 and 30. The project helps in increasing self confidence, improving physical vigor and developing an appreciation for God. It provides opportunities to participate in several activities, such as horse riding, skiing, swimming, hiking, rappelling, canoeing, baseball and snowmobiling. National Camps for Blind Children is located in Lincoln, Neb.
