The furnace wasn't working on the coldest day of the year. The tech was out within the hour. He quickly knew what the problem was and had the furnace working quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what he had done and other services they have. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the first time I've used John Henry's as I live outside Lincoln but have a rental house in Lincoln. Stacey was so accommodating to get a service technician out while we were still in Lincoln and make the time work for us - so nice to talk to as well. Shawn was an excellent technician, thorough in figuring out the problem. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions with professionalism.
