UPDATE:They are now threatening to sue me if I dont take down my review! Please stay away from this office... Horrible experience.. I had a teeth cleaning here which should have been covered by my insurance but the claim was denied because I had given them the wrong insurance card. I wasn’t notified of this until OVER A YEAR after the appointment when it was too late to to call my insurance to fix the mistake. The office manager was also extremely rude to me on the phone when I was just trying to figure out why I hadnt been notified earlier. They have claimed they called me 4 or 5 times and left messages and I NEVER received calls from them- I even looked up phone records and they never called me or left messages. I have NEVER had so many billing issues with dentist or doctors offices like this before. Very unprofessional and unorganized office..
