Would not recommend. We needed a Christmas arrangement with the 2014 Thomas Kincade display. After calling to ascertain they actually had one and that we would pick it up, they tried to sneak in a 2011 Thomas Kincade display and pass it off as this years. Not very honest people. Fortunately I already had this display and when I told them it was several years old their response was this was what we have. This was also after they said they had gotten "stuck"' with several leftover Thomas Kincades a few years back. Sure glad we went to pick it up rather than have it delivered!!

Received lovely bouquet of flowers for my Birthday yesterday- the delivery was asked to be re-routed to my work vs home address and they arrived and I was able to enjoy them ! This is excellent customer service :-) Thanks for taking that extra effort- that is a personal touch so much appreciated by me and the one who ordered them. thanks so much !!! Denise N -

My son uses Gagas for my birthday, etc. I have never been disappointed. By the way my so and daughter-in-law live in Illinois.

Highly recommended. My son asked me to order flowers and have them delivered to his wife at work. He recommended Gaga's. By the time I was able to call and place an order the delivery truck had already left and I was told that the flowers would be delivered the next morning. When I explained that they really needed to be delivered the same day they called their delivery truck and had it return so the flowers would be delivered that afternoon. I will remember them the next time I need flowers! Thank you Gaga;s!!!

I have to say my experience was not so great here. My father just passed away and I wanted something extra added into my flower bouquet to say something more about my dad. I wanted some blue flowers and was told that there were no blue flowers available and that I would have to change my mind as to what I wanted. I also wanted to add some racing flags into the flowers. I was told that I would have to locate them and place them in the flowers at the funeral home on my own. My experience here was not so great and will most likely never return!

I used this florist based on a review here and was not disappointed. They were friendly and efficient on the phone when I called, not really knowing what I wanted.. and they delivered 3 gorgeous plants in a lovely basket for my grandfather's funeral. It was nice to use someone local rather than the 1-800 route... thanks Gaga's and Superpages for helping me find them!

Gaga's Greenery & Flowers is what every florist shop should be...great customer service, friendly, they work within my budget providing beautiful arrangements, delivery service is excellent and I wouldn't even consider another Lincoln florist for my purchases. Our family and friends are residents of Lincoln, NE, so with birthdays and many special occasions Gaga's is my first & only choice. My husband and I live 100 miles from Lincoln and without ever actually viewing an arrangement prior to or following purchase I have complete confidence in Gaga's. The compliments from the people that receive the flowers, plants, etc. from Gaga's are incredible. THANK YOU Gaga's for treating our family and friends just like your own.
