On a Saturday, over a holiday weekend, my car was in an accident and totaled. I went onto the Xamis Ford website and found a 2022 FORD Escape that I liked. Ellen Ackerman had the car ready for me to test drive on Monday morning. I drove my new car off the lot that day. We loved the curtious and friendly service. John, our salesman was awesome...he went through all the features of our new Ford Escape Titanium, so we would be comfortable on the very first drive. They only reason I didn't give a 5 stars rating was we had to wait over an hour to complete our finance transaction with that person...they had tripled booked and we had to wait for "our turn". I wish John had called us earlier and told us to come a bit later so we could have avoided the long wait, since we drove close to 80 miles to get our vehicle. And, we had done much of it through the website and phone, thus, he assured us it would be a quick 30 to 60 minutes to complete the process. Instead we were at the dealership over 2 hours, which could have easily been avoided, since they knew there were three parties all coming to pick up vehicles at the same time. Everything else was great, and the entire staff was respectful of Covid, and wore masks while working, which was great to see, and one reason we didn't buy closer to home at a different dealership. Will definitely consider buying from Jim Xamis Ford in the future!
