The company uses geo-thermal well technologies in order to utilize clean energy and reduce consumption. Some of the completed construction management projects of the company include Legislative Hall in the Capital Complex in Dover, the 36,000-square-foot Boys and Girls Club facility in Seaford, Milford High School renovations, Star Hill Elementary School renovations, Caesar Rodney High School renovations and the Epworth United Methodist Church in Rehoboth Beach.
