After weighing the pros and cons, I decided to use Jim Davis from Central Coast Builders and I do not regret it. He has 18 years of experience building at the coast and has been in the business for a long time. He knows about the latest trends in building and offers recommendations when necessary. The value for the money was also fair. Another advantage is that he owns his own drafting company. We were able to create our own custom designed beach home within our budget.
