The apartments are very nice on the inside with lots of storage but their is no dishwasher. You can't turn the fan off in the bathroom. The sprinklers are noisy and wake me up during the night. Their is usually standing on sidewalks. Good luck with repairs depending on what they are. You never know what kind of mood the manager is going to be in, good or bad... Very little visitors parking. Their have been problems with bugs. I would have giving this place a lower rating but like it said, the apartment itself is very nice.
