My husband and I drop off are work truck for service at 1 and hoping to pick it up later. Didn't get a called from them, until my husband call around 4 o'clock to see if the truck done. They say another 90 mins, then is done. Another 20 to 30 mins later they called and wanted to keep the truck over night becaus e they didn't do a damn thing to the truck. Their excuse is they got very busy. We dropped the truck off, they are not that busy. It seem likes there always something every time. Very disappointment need to be professional. Would never go back!!!

Hard to find good honest auto service these days, there are so many hack mechanics that go through these trade schools and get handed a diploma. You wont find any of those at firestone... I took a truck in that i just purchased for a standard oil change/coolant flush/ and fuel filter change (Diesel Truck) Andrew was very helpful in explaining what was being done and told me to download the my firestone app for coupons and savings... turns out i saved a $100 Bucks just by downloading the app and taking his advice. couple hours later truck was all good to go and i drove it about 200 miles and parked it in the drive way for 2 days. Came home from work and found a small coolant leak on my driveway. Of course I called firestone first, and guess who answered.... ANDREW!!!! Told me to bring it in and they will take a look at it, so i drove straight over there... and talked with them, they let me get under my truck on there lift, and take a look and showed me everything and explained it all to me and said he would do a coolant pressure tests to find the leak, and of course I'm blaming them at this point, he states that if its a fault caused by there work they will stand by it. I left the truck there overnight I (I Arrived 15 Mins Before close no diesel techs were there) After a long restless night of sleep and hearing it from the wife that i bought a broken truck Andrew Calls me in the morning and says that the leak was coming from the Degas Cap (nothing Related To firestones work) and that they replaced it and fixed it FOR FREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! YES THATS RIGHT FOR FREE!!! I was in shock, not that my truck was fixed but the customer service experience received. THANK YOU ANDREW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will defiantly be a repeat customer and tell everyone about my awesome experience!

Horrible place. If you want to waste your money than this is the right place. Very very expensive place. They gave me estimate for my car brake service for $925 ( they want to change every thing rotor, clamp etc etc, )why not because they are making money. I showed them online prices of these parts and offered them if I can bring them but they do not want any parts from outside because they are charging double price on these parts also. I called Midas auto service in Roseville and to my surprise my break job is done in only......$190 ..... In place of $925 ........ WOW..... now you can decide if you want to waste your money. If you want any proof I can provide written estimate from them and invoice from Midas. I will never ever go at this place.

I went in with a screw in my tire. Just myself and my baby. One of the technicians went out to look at it and came back in stating that because of where the screw was they would not be able to fix the tire, I would have to buy a whole new tire. Well, I proceeded to tell my husband the tire needed replaced, he told me to wait. The very next day my husband took my car in to see about changing the tire and putting on the spare tire. The technician he talked with said there was no need, they could remove the screw and patch the tire. Really, after they had told me the day before I needed a whole new tire. Be careful ladies when you go to this store, they will take advantage of you!!! I will never go back!!!

I came in about 10 min before closing with a flat tire that needed to be repaired. The manager there was really nice. He didn't even seemed bugged that it was close to closing and gave me great customer service. I didn't even have to pay much to get it fixed. I will definitely be back when I need to do maintenance on my car.
