I spent $75.00 to fill up my truck at the Duke & Duchess station at Shawnee & Fort Amanda Roads in Lima, Ohio all 12 window washer reservoirs were DRY. I spend several hundred dollars every month with BP in my land surveying business and it is very exasperating to have such poor service from your employees. This is not uncommon at this location either. I know because it's less than a mile from my home.

# had spoiled drink i purchased it from bp on easttown rd the young man had a bad a mouth on him and refusd to replace the product so i called the harding hwy story and the were very nice and they would replace the item no problems you can call me @ 419 2o4 4o3o thank you
