I was recommended to contact Patrick Corbett at STRATA by a work colleague and I am so glad I was. My wife and I had been looking for a home for several months. d had if they could show us a home and then hope they could find the time. Patrick always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when we asked it was within a half an hour and he either picked us up for a viewing or was already at the home and waiting for us with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there.

Mr Corbett is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We were very picky when it came to finding our home. It took 6 months with numerous showings. Patrick worked hard for us and never gave up even when we almost did.

We are happy to say we are in our first home now, thanks to Patrick's efforts and are very grateful. We love our new home.
