I agree with the previous review only not from a tenant viewpoint but from an owner viewpoint. I dealt with Scott Ross and found him to be quite rude and unprofessional. My owners rent check for March was received on March 30. The renters paid on time! I only stayed with them for the term of one lease because of this. Even after reporting him to Mr. Womble all I was told was how long they have been in business. Even a 1 star rating is too good!

If you would like poor service and constant rude remarks make this your place. I have been treated with disrespect from the moment I started renting with this agency. They do not honor what is in their lease and are just out for money. I have dealt with both Barbara Howell and Mr. Womble on numerous occasions about problems that we have had in our apartment at University Manor and they have neither been dealt with in a timely manor nor in a very kind fashion. They treat people like they are below themselves and are unintelligent and make snide remarks that are uncalled for. I would never recommend this place to anyone and never rent from this place again.
