I was calling since a week to refill the enapril medication but they are just delays and no responsibility for refill of meds even the test results they call several times and not discuss properly I haven't seen such a lazy clinic people. Totally irresponsible.Don't waste time
Don't waste your time with this clinic. I went to Dr. Smiths office a couple weeks ago. They made me wait well over 90 minutes in the room and the additional 30 in the waiting room. First, the room he made me wait in wasn't even in a proper room, more like a storage closet. I was left unattended with thousands of patients files. The reason why I went to the clinic in the first place was because I was in an automobile accident a week prior and injured my arm. Dr. Smith didn't even give me an x-ray and examined arm for maybe 2-3 minutes. He prescribed a 6 day steroid regimen and Ibprofen 800mg. I specifically told him I didn't want Ibprofen because this medication hurts my stomach but her refused to prescribe anything else. Anyways, 2 weeks later I continue to bear with the pain and called the dr's office insisting they give me an x-ray. They said sure, come in anytime. So I go in, and then the Dr. Smith doesn't even come out to look at me and tells receptionist I don't need an x-ray and said he will prescribe the same steroid and ibuprofen to me. I personally rarely go to the doctors, only when I absolutely have to and can't bear the pain. It would be nice if the doctor actually considers that I am in pain, and need a stronger prescription.
Dr. Smith was referred to me by a friend. I have seen him several times and each time he and his staff have always been professional and courteous. As a doctor, Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable. Each time he has taken the time to talk with me and help me understand what I needed to do. I don't feel as though I am on an assembly line or a number in a quota that has to be met based upon the number of patients that have to be seen.

I went to Dr. Gregory Smith because my regular doc was out of town when I had puzzling severe symptoms. With very little wait, he saw me promptly and was very thorough in his exam and questioning. He pinpointed the problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge and understanding. I wonder if the other reviewer is talking about the same doctor! I think I will make him my primary care doc.

This so called doctor (gregory Smith) was a jerk the day he attended to me. Don't know if he's a permanent jerk, but he was on that day. Had to go back to do blood work but searched and found another real doctor instead. The clinic at Lilburn was uninviting and a little on the dirty side. The receptionist was not too bad. The wait was exaggerated, especially for the type of attention received. If you can do better, find yourself another doctor some place else.
