i went here thinking that I wouldn't be able to find the perfect dress because I didn't have any luck anywhere else but I did and every one was very helpful and everything was organized and Jordan the lady that help me get the perfect dress was so cheerful and determined to get me my perfect dress which I did by the way lol

Took my Granddaughter to buy her homecoming dress and the customer service was wonderful. We loved the store and the choices we will shop here for Prom and all our special occasions. I would recommend this shop. Awesome Tonia LeDoux

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately placed with Guadalupe Perez she asked me all the right questions for my shopping experience to go smoothly and quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses and where things were located in the store. She helped me find multiple options and carried them for me also helped me try them on and gave her expert opinion on which dress was perfect for me. She was very friendly and hard working if you go to Cinderella's closet ask for Guadalupe. Cinderella's closet has a wonderful selection at an affordable price I reccomend everyone come here when looking for dresses.

I love coming to Cinderalles' Gowns the store is so beautiful. I've been coming 2 years in a row for my daughters and I have to say A'nnisha was the best sales associate we ever had!!!! She was extremely nice and patient with us and also picked out my daughters' dress. Virginia absolutely loves it. I will be recommending my friends to take their daughters to come see A'nnisha.

First time coming here today, and i absolutely fell in love with the place. The customer service was AWESOME and they indeed made me feel as if i were cinderella. I had Yohana Araya as a sales associate to assist me in my dress search, and i could not be any happier with my dress :) she was nice, patient and was willing to help, the same goes with everyone else. i know for a fact that i will be coming here from now on for my special occasion dresses!

What you see on their website is not what you get in the store. Arranged by color. Limited sizes. Typically you cant find what you are looking for and you can't order it because it's last season or not an option or blah blah blah. Customer service is civil until they realize your not buying. Go to Prom USA in Douglasville; much better option.

I was buying my first prom dress. I was greeted at the door with the best welcome. I was ask what I had in mind fr my dress and then if I had a special price range I wanted to stay in. I ended up tring on every dress I wanted too. I was helped with the size, style and color I wanted. I was able to see ow I looked in the dresses in their three way miror.
