i.e., A there for a treatment on my face as years of suntans as a child had taken their toll. Razan the esthetician was very kind, very professional, explained eveything, and even told me I did not need the work that I had gone in there to have ! That saved me money. I did ask what other treatments they had and if any were applicable to my case, and I did choose to have a series of treatments done. They were wonderful! Razan made sure that they did not hurt (and at other places, they did hurt), and she made sure that I was always comfortable and felt pampered. The spa is large,with separate rooms for each treatment. Every time I have been there it is very clean. I read a review from someone else who had a negative experience and that is unfortunate, but I can tell you that they did a great job for me and I am a convert. Did not work! I went in for many treatments for my bikini area. After the initial 6 treatments the hair was still growing in many spots but was seeming to be less and less. Then it started to grow back again and I went in again for 2 more treatments. All spaced approx 6-8 weeks apart. They say pain free, but that it is not. The initial treatment did not hurt but then there were many visits after that it was extremely painful. Now months later the hair is coming back more and more and I am back to shaving every few days. Not only was it money wasted but time.
