Have done business on several occasions with this location including current. My credit card was stolen so when they went to charge the auto-payment is was naturally declined. I was traveling out of the country on vacation so their calls went unanswered unfortunately..

4 days after the original due date I was able to answer email and contact them to let them know what had happened and to provide an alternate form of payment, but there was a late fee that they absolutely would not wave. While it may be on twenty bucks when it sounds like the dog ate my homework, the fact is it happened and the owner/manger did not consider all the business we had done in the past and what she stands to loose in the future.

Over a $20 late fee she absolutely could not waive.
