Best cleaners I've ever used and people that work there are very nice. The family that owns this business are good community-minded folks.

THEY RUINED MY DRY CLEANING. I hid this link to show you a pic as proof. This was a brand new sports coat, and I brought it to Monroe Cry Cleaners for its FIRST cleaning. They absolutely ruined it by burning the material and then ripping it, the seam is destroyed. DO NO GO HERE. When I confronted the manager about this, they told me they wouldn't do ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I yelled until, at the VERY LEAST, I got a refund for the cleaning! They ruined this $150 coat and didn't offer to try to repair or replace it, nothing. They didn't even want to give me a refund! The employees and manager were super rude about it too! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, go someplace safe where they respect the customer and their property! Monroe Dry Cleaners are the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to!
