One never wants to have to go to a body shop, but when I've had to, these folk are great. Professional, on time, and very reasonable.

Over the past 10 years, I've used Carstar in Liberty 4 times, over 4 different cars. Everytime I get my car back on time, on budget. I refuse to use a business if they fail to remedy a mistake, but with Carstar, I haven't encountered a mistake yet. I even send my friends there. Why go anywhere else? They are the best! Not just once, but everytime I've used them!

Wicklunds CARSTAR did a superb job repairing my Chrysler 300. Shanna, the estimator, is friendly and helped process the claim with no hassle. Today you can't even see the dent that was on our car! I highly recommend Wicklunds CARSTAR for all of your repair needs.

Please do not choose Wicklands for any of your car needs!! I gave them $11,000 dollars worth of work on my truck....The outisde looks great but that is not the important part!!! I have had my truck back 4 times since the accident. I am having tires problems, a vibration problem and huge noise problem, so bad that I can not even roll down my windows. All of these problems are coming from either bad shocks, a bad strut or bad alignment. All four of my tires are cupping. After having $11,000 worth of damage done to the front end of my truck the owner Gerald Wicland is telling me that all the problems that I am having is not related to the accident and he refueses to fix them. I had only owed my truck 2 weeks before the accident and how can anyone determine that something was pre-accident after $11,000 dollars of damage to the front of the truck???? The bottom line is that before the accident me truck had none of these problmes!!! After trying to have a professional sit -down with Mr. Wickland he stated that they saw the problems when they had my truck all apart however "he is not one of those body shop that calles the customer when they find other things wrong with the vehicles as they have them apart". Is that because my truck was less than $2000.00 from being totaled??? Or is it really just because you did not see anything and you do not want to fix my truck and take responability??? I have been told by several professionls that if I do not get this problem fixed and replace all 4 tires than I will get into another wreck this winter.... stated that the tires are not safe and I should not be driving my three children around in that truck!! I will be taking other steps to try and get this problem resolved, however please do not take your truck or car to them so you will not have to deal with the same hassle I am going threw. One last note...just to see who we were dealing with my daughter's car had hail damage so I called Mr. Wickland to get a quote, already having one from our insurance but not telling him that. When my daughter went in he left her sitting out in ther loby so he could sneak back into his office and call our insurance company to see if we had received a quote and if so how much so he could get his right to the dollar. He had all of our information from the previous work he had done. Hisquote was $100.00 under from the one our insurance company gave us...really!! When we asked him about it he got up from his desk and was ready to end the meeting. They say they are family owned........how would they like it if someone did this to their children or grandchildren???? Wicklands treat others as you wish to be treated!!! Rating is not even a 1-star but it would not let me contuine without giving it atleast a 1-star!!!
