I love the feel, smell, music and aumbiance of the spa and the staff are pleasant experienced and wonderful.

Used to love going here to have a total spa day but NEVER again! I have never had such bad service and pedicure in my entire life! Very rude and unprofessional staff. Inexperienced staff doing pedicures will eventually cause someone to lose a foot with careless contamination and making people bleed. The owner/manager was suppose to contact me to discuss this matter and didn't. She lost some very good customers because of this incident that could've been handled if she would've took the time to call me back. Would not of even rated 1 star but couldn't rate at all if I didn't.

Excellent! Highly recommended. One of the best massages I have had in my life! Very friendly staff and beautiful and tranquil surroundings. Good deals online pretty often so that helps with the cost. I will definitely be going back!

The spa part of the Mani pedi wasn't bad but when she polished my nails she did a horrible job. She did my manicure first and they still weren't dry when she finished the pedicure over an hour later. Before I left the spa she had to "touch them up" so they ended up looking worse. When I said something to the guy at the front he said sorry. After I mad a fuss someone else redid my finger nails and they were ok but my toe nails were still not dry 3 hours later. This is the second bad experience I have had here so will defiantly not be back.

I have been going to Serendipity for years - and my family also trusts Jami or Crystal both with their permanent makeup needs. They both truly are the best in the job, very thoughtful, explains everything that she is doing. I made the mistake of having a touch-up done in another place - it was a fairly botched job so I went too Serendipity and she did an amazing job fixing it! I truly believes she is an artist and I bet all her customers would agree!

I absolutly love Serendipity! I prices are VERY reasonable, and they have sales and special offers all the time. I always get greeted by name when I walk in the door. They rock and have the cutest stuff!

You feel like you are in California, your the star, when your service is over you definately want to come back for more.

It seems almost everytime I wear their clothing, jewelry or carry one of the purses from the boutique .....I receive a compliment. Gotta love Tammy and her impecable taste. It doesn't matter if you are 15 or 50 the boutique will have something for you!

I love the Serenditpity Boutique. They always have a good selection of clothing and jewelery items that you don't see everywhehere else. I often shop there for purses too. Recently I was there and they had a large selection of summer sandals and shoes. Love to shop there for myself and also find gifts for others!

Becky is for sure the best in the business. She can cut and style your hair to any picture you bring her after looking at it for 10 seconds. She gives you great tips on hair products and tools without you asking, and its on items you can find at Walmart! There are mirrors on different walls so even when she turns your chair so her cords will reach, you can still watch her style your hair. Definitely worth seeing Becky. Will always go to her no matter what!

Classy, Elegant, Professional. I went to the spa for a massage and had the best experience I've ever had. The massage therapist here make others in the Kansas City area look like beginners. I loved it so much that I got my haircut the following week. I've never been to a place that is so upscale, reasonable priced, and that treats you like a king! I would recommend this to anyone. I know now why they are listed as one of the best in Kansas City!

I went to Serendipity to get a facial and massage. From the minute I walked in I felt so relaxed. My facial was excellent, I have had facials before but this one was really outstanding My massage was so wonderful I can't even explain the difference from this one and other places except very professional .Just want to say this was an excellent experience. I have told all of my friends about it and would recommend this spa to anyone.They also have a boutique with the most reasonable price's around.

I brought in 3 of my girlfriends for a 1/2 day Spa experience. We have such a great time. Very well organized establishment! They made our visit so much fun and also very relaxing. Everyone was very professional, and we were given the RockStar treatment!

We also were able to go into their great Boutique and do some early xmas shopping, again the girls working in the Boutique were very helpful and professional. The whole experience was great and would highly rec. this place to everyone. oh and the Cafe bar was awesome to!!!!!

Had a spa pedicure and you can't even tell I had anything done other than the change of color on my toes. Paid too much for NOTHING. On top of that, the way they handle their business is terrible and I would NEVER recommend anyone go there.
