Our drain was clogged so we called Liberty & North Land Plumbing. Curtis come out and supposedly cleaned it out. We got to talking and I told him our hot water heater was over twenty years old and I thought it needed to be replaced. He said he could replace it for us which he did. A couple of months later our drain plugged up again ! We call him several times but he wouldn't answer the phone so we left a message each time. Finally we called another company. They put a camera down the drain and found a 20 foot drain cleaning cable in our sewer line. They wanted four thousand dollars to dig down and take the cable out. They said that Curtis knew that he had broke it off but he wasn't professional enough to take the time or money to get it out. I called another company and they were able to retrieve the cable with a special tool they had. Regardless, it cost me another two hundred dollars to have this done. Then the hot water heater started putting out warm water it would not get hot. I called Curtis and ask if he would please come out and take a look at it, after all he is the one that sold it to us plus he was the one that installed it. I called him everyday for over a month and left messages but he would not return my calls. You be the judge. Do you want someone like this working for you ? ? ?

Plumbing issues require quick action and communication. Yet, despite being in the plumbing business, Liberty & Northland Plumbing LLC clearly hasn't mastered these skills. I contacted Curtis multiple times over the course of several days for help with leaking pipes under our kitchen sink, even going so far as to have Home Advisor contact him for me.... and we have yet to receive even so much as the courtesy of a call back from Curtis. Thankfully, there are other local companies in town who were more than willing to not only call us back, but quickly and courteously get us on their busy schedules & fix our pipes before more damage was done. I highly recommend not wasting your time with this company.
