LCC is beyond the top! I will ALWAYS go to Liberty Cycle Center for any bike I wish to purchase or even service. Duncan has been the "go to" guy for years. Larry makes sure we are taken care of when we need parts (or even a new plow for a 4 wheeler in a snow storm) putting it partly together in the store and Duncan driving it to my house so I didn't have to get out in the snow! And then this last week, Kevin in service was EXTREMELY helpful and very nice. He's a keeper as well LCC! Make your purchases at a family store, they are better than the other guys!

The genuine concern for customer satisfaction is second to none not even close. LCC power sports rebuilt my bike after bad accident. Dave in the service department worked closely with the insurance company and kept me continually apprised of the progress. Duncan the manager is always available with advice and support. Carter the mechanic in the shop took my motorcycle from a crippled mess to a finished product that rides and handles better than it did when it was brand new. I will never take my bike anywhere else and encourage others to do the same.

I recently bought a 2011 yamaha grizzly 700 from duncan at liberty cycle center. First off let me say that ducan was by far the best salesman i have ever had. He was more than willing to answer all my questions. The crew at liberty cycle center is more than willing to go the extra mile to get your business and keep it. I would recommend anyone to go to liberty cycle center you wont find a bunch of better or more helpfull guys anywhere!

Liberty is place you wanna go

Pretty obvious why these folks have been in business for 40+ years. I recently purchased a dual-sport (KLR650) from Liberty Cycle. Jeff, Duncan and the crew made the whole process truly seamless and easy. In fact, Duncan went way out of his way to find me the bike that I wanted and offered me a great trade-in for my 09 Versys. Definitely, one of the few real "bike shops" in K.C.

felt like family when I went to LCC. The guys were great and they were very helpful. I actually have fun when I go in. The Sales guy there, Duncan is very helpful and that means something when you're a women going into a motorcycle shop. The Service manager, Dave is also very helpful and I'll always bring my powersports to LCC for service. They're just great all around. The Parts guy, Larry was very helpful with my boys when picking out helmets. The overall experience was just fabulous! Thanks Liberty Cycle Center for making our Powersports experience great.

Bought my first bike - went to many stores and Liberty Cycle was handsdown more friendly and accomodating.

If you are a women in the market for a motorcycle or other product offered at Liberty Cycle Center, I would do business elsewhere. There are less then enthusiastic to serve women. I only gave them "one star" because it was required to post a review.
